CAF launches an on-market buy-back of its shares commencing 1st December 2011. (Nov 2011)

CAF moves to 100% ownership of finance broker Australian Loan Company Ltd (ALCo) by acquiring the shares not previously owned by the Group (Nov 2011).

Stephen Maitland is appointed as a director of CAF (December 2011).

Matthew Kidman is appointed as a director of CAF (February 2012).

CAF publishes its Half Year Accounts to 31 December 2011, announcing a substantial turnaround in results from a loss before tax of $6,079,000 in the corresponding prior period to a profit before tax of $845,000 in the six months to 31/12/11 (February 2012).
