What is Centrepoint Alliance’s dividend policy?
The Board of Director’s aim is to provide shareholders with a sustainable fully franked dividend to the maximum extent possible, subject to distributable earnings and business capital requirements. Centrepoint Alliance has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan which allows shareholders to reinvest all or part of any dividend paid in additional shares, instead of receiving the dividend in cash. New shares are issued immediately after the dividend is paid and are issued at a discount to Market Price determined by the directors (up to a maximum of 5%). Participation in the Plan is optional.
